Tranquil location, close to the beach
Offering this beautiful beachside village home to people on their travels from near and across the world, attending Townsville functions, stopovers to relax or visiting family and friends but want their own space.
Saunders Beach is a quiet village community just 7km off the Bruce Hughway. The house is a couple of minutes walk to the beach. There's a boat ramp which provides access to nearby islands. There are 3 Parks, Reef St Park with playground and BBQ, Lagoon St Park with playground and Cay St with tables and seating overlooking the ocean. There is a licenced Bistro in Lagoon St, 2 minutes walk. See Saunders Beach Bistro online for menu. There is an assortment of Beach toys also provided at the house. Bring your fishing gear, you may be lucky. Guests need to communicate with owners on or before arrival date regarding key collection at the property.
