✔ Respect neighbors and shared areas
✔ Keep noise down, especially 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
✔ No parties or events
✔ Only registered guests to stay overnight
✔ Allow access for emergency repairs if required. A hard copy of this Code, along with important information including host contact details, plumber service, electricity provider, and Australian emergency services (000), is available inside the property in the information booklet provided or online.

PARKING
There is metered street parking directly out front of the apartment. Free all-day/night parking is available on nearby streets.
A temporary parking permit can be obtained before your arrival for 50 Aud per stay from Waverley Council Office (8.30am - 5pm Mon-Fri) at 55 Spring St, Bondi Junction, NSW 2022 or online. Requires a photo or copy of the registration to be shown to prove vehicle identity. Submit a Temporary Parking Permit Application with vehicle make model and registration number. A vacation rental lease document proving that you are staying at the address, and an ID.
For rental cars getting a permit can only be done after the car is collected.
