Belle Maison is set right in the heart of Glenelg, only a few hundred metres from Jetty Road & the beach. This fully furnished 3-bedroom/ 2 bathroom townhouse accommodates up to 6 guests. Immaculate throughout, the home features a lovely front entrance with a courtyard garden, an updated kitchen with breakfast bar and tiled flooring throughout the open plan living area. The lounge /dining room features a smart TV, set up with Netflix, dining table and chairs to seat 6 guests and also opens to a covered patio perfect for al fresco entertaining. Sit outdoor, relax and enjoy a BBQ with the gas BBQ provided. Downstairs also features a separate powder room with toilet and hand basin. Separate Laundry with washing machine. A clothes dryer is located outside under cover near the garage. Upstairs are three large bedrooms, with flat screen TV's in each room. There is reverse cycle ducted air conditioning/heating throughout the entire house.
