Enjoy views of the iconic d'entrecasteaux channel and Bruny Island in your private waterside oasis. Breath in Tassie’s fresh air on the furnished wrap around deck, cooking up a storm on the BBQ or escaping the rain in the sheltered section. Bring the outside in with the large floor to ceiling doors, which open directly into the open plan kitchen, living, and dining area.
Children must be supervised at all times when on the grounds as there are several steep drops. In front of the house, behind a locked gate, is a sheer drop down to the water, so take care.
The property is rural – you will need to plan meals and shopping ahead. The closest shop is just down the road in Woodbridge, but there is an IGA supermarket in Snug, just 20 minutes away.
All gates must be shut once entered to keep the marsupials out of the well kept garden.
