- Brand New 2 Bedroom house fully furnished and functional. - Air-condition in all rooms and lounge areas. - Free Wifi available so guest can "work from home" - Regular TV channels on the flat screen TV mounted on the wall. - The house is furnished with quality furniture, - Quality beddings, linen, pillows, towels, and toiletries available. - Kitchen is equipped with all amneties, and good quality utensils, plates, pans, cups, glasses, etc. - Large size Fridge, and brand new convection Microwave. - Brand new gas cooktop, dishwasher with dishwasher tablets. - Laundry is equipped with brand new Washing Machine & Dryer. - Ironing board and brand new iron. - Backyard of the house accessible, with natural cloth airing installed. - Single garage with remote, to park your car, while guest should not block the driveway for other users. - This is a Non-smoking facility. Drink responsibly...!!! as the owners live on the other side of the house.

Bus stop is just in front of the house, which guest can access to easy commute to City Center in 15 minutes. Westfield Shopping Center is 1 kilometer distance with plenty of shops. Stafford City Shopping Center is 3.5 kilometers away, with choices of shops.
