- Brand New 2 Bedroom house fully furnished and functional. - Air-condition in all rooms and lounge areas. - Free Wifi available so guest can "work from home" - Regular TV channels on the flat screen TV mounted on the wall. - The house is furnished with quality furniture, - Quality beddings, linen, pillows, towels, and toiletries available. - Kitchen is equipped with all amneties, and good quality utensils, plates, pans, cups, glasses, etc. - Large size Fridge, and brand new convection Microwave. - Brand new gas cooktop, dishwasher with dishwasher tablets. - Laundry is equipped with brand new Washing Machine & Dryer. - Ironing board and brand new iron. - Backyard of the house accessible, with natural cloth airing installed. - Single garage with remote, to park your car, while guest should not block the driveway for other users. - This is a Non-smoking facility. Drink responsibly...!!! as the owners live on the other side of the house.

Hosting a house means preparing and presenting a house with all basic amneties in a safe and healthy manner.
The house is near to all necessary shops, for groceries, fruits and Vegs, pharmacy, doctor's clinic, Subway Brumby's Bakery, Barber, Coffee Shop, etc. to list a few. Bus stop is just in front of the house, which guest can access to easy commute to City Center in 15 minutes. Westfield Shopping Center is 1 kilometer distance with plenty of shops. Stafford City Shopping Center is 3.5 kilometers away, with choices of shops.
