New fully furnished apartment located in the heart of Canberra City and entertainment areas. Just moments from the bustling Canberra Centre and the tranquility of Glebe Park. The apartment (62m2) is located on the sixth floor of the Metropol complex with views North East facing to Mt Ainslie. Features include: Comfortable queen bed Separate study Free parking (1 Car) Washer & dryer Dishwasher AC TV WiFi Emergency pantry stocked at supermarket prices.
Tim and Roxanne enjoy hosting this apartment and keeping it clean and comfortable for our guests. Roxanne has travelled to China, Japan, Thailand and Argentina. I speak Japanese as I lived and worked there for many years. I have been to Argentina several times as I love tango dancing. Tim has travelled extensively overseas and in Australia. We will meet you to hand over your key and point out the car park
Located in the heart of Canberra, a short walk from the popular shopping and dining area of the Canberra Centre. 1 min walk to the Canberra Centre and CBD. 6 min walk to Braddon restaurants. 8 min walk to Lake Burley Griffin. 10 min walk to the Australian National University (ANU) You have a dedicated underground car parking spot located in the building.
