"Rathdowne" is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Townhouse that has a spacious backyard and a quiet court yard off the main bedroom. The large kitchen has all amenities. There is separate dinning area, study desk, large loungeroom and a laundry with washer and dryer. There is also a 1 car fully enclosed garage and parking for 1 extra car off the street. Brand new heating and cooling has been installed and both bedrooms and loungeroom have ceiling fans.
