It is conveniently10 mins walking distance to the Train Station and Clayton Town, 5-minute walk to Monash Medical Centre, a 15-minute walk to Monash University as well as a 10-minute drive to Chadstone Shopping Centre. A quiet neighborhood. Perfect for business people seeking longer stay accommodation as well as families on holiday in Melbourne seeking affordable accommodation for short stays. Provide all the features and amenities. Home includes 3 Bedrooms, 1bathroom, kitchen, laundry, lounge & dining area, outdoor front garden, deck, backyard heating/cooling, parking. I am very kind and helpful person. I am mostly live in next door and come in the afternoon. Laundry is shared.
