This quiet residential street houses a modern and spacious pet friendly, family holiday home close to coastal beaches. From the moment you walk upstairs, the relaxing and calm vibes will wash over you giving you that instant holiday feel. This newly built spacious home offers natural light throughout with modern and comfortable furnishings, offering cooling in Summer with ducted air and heating in Winter with a cosy slow combustion wood fire heater. The open plan living with fully equipped, central kitchen including modern appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine, leads out to either the front balcony where you can enjoy the northerly afternoon sun relaxing on the outdoor lounges or out to the fully fenced secure back yard for a BBQ or to play with the kids or the beloved pooch. The Media room with 2 single modulars can be converted into beds on request. The main bathroom has a large freestanding bath and there is a study nook for those holiday workers.
