Along with a fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining/living area with split system heating/cooling in the dining area of the property and 3 bedrooms which provide plenty of space for your family holiday. Master bedroom contains queen bed. While bedroom 2 contains 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 contains a set of bunk beds and a double bed. Ceiling fans throughout. Diamond Escape ideally located in Pearl Beach village, and barely a few minutes to the beachfront and playground. Despite being so close to all the conveniences, this house feels totally secluded and peaceful, being surrounded by natural bushland, tall trees, and open spaces. * Living space features flat-screen TV and combustion fireplace (wood not supplied) WIFI * Kitchen contains dishwasher, microwave and electric cook top and oven * Dining for 6, BBQ and large back yard * Power point next to driveway for electric vehicle charging * Reverse cycle air-conditioning in dining area, 2 parking spaces, linen provided * Bathroom contains toilet and shower, full laundry All linen, towels and bed making included for all guests.
