Dutchies Haven is pet friendly, so bring the entire family, the dog beach is only a quick 5 minute walk away. This property is perfect for the elderly and children as it flows over one level.   'Dutchies haven' location can't get any better, an easy short walk (approx 300 metres) to beautiful Dutchies Beach which is the perfect swimming spot for children as the waters are calm.  There are also BBQ's and children playground equipment available at Dutchies or if you feel like a nice short scenic walk to the heart of Nelson Bay join the 'Bridal Veil' walking track at Dutchies Beach and follow the coastline direct into Nelson Bay Marina.   Open plan living and dining area with a ceiling fan and split system air conditioner, TV, DVD player and CD player available for all your entertainment, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher and external laundry with washing machine and dryer.   All three bedrooms have split system air conditioners and ceiling fans, there is a renovated bathroom with 3/4 size bath/ shower and toilet and also another separate toilet available.   Fantastic alfresco dining area located on the back deck with a gas BBQ , so you can sit ba
