Whilst this is a semi detached residence, you have your own entrance and complete privacy. The property is set back a long way from the street down a leafy driveway. Sitting out on the patio enjoying the morning sun and a quiet coffee, you'll feel like you're in some quaint little village that time forgot.

Sarah and Dean own the property but as avid sailors, we are often away travelling. The property is expertly managed by our wonderful friend, Kate. We each take great pride in presenting the property sparkling clean and with everything you need for maximum comfort and liveability.

Nudgee Beach faces Moreton Bay and adjoins the Boondall Wetlands, an internationally protected bird sanctuary. It's a quiet, peaceful village with an abundance of native Australian birds and yet not far from the city and handy to the airport. Great for bird watching, cycling and enjoying walks along the Nudgee Creek boardwalk or following the bay around to Shultz Canal. The village is much loved for its peaceful surroundings and bayside living, and yet is not far from the city, Boondall Entertainment Centre and the airport. Public transport is limited so it's best to have your own car or utilise taxis or ride share.
