I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a fee. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times, as this property is not child-proofed.

BEDROOM: The bedroom have king-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast, such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a Samsung 65" smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The garage provides parking space for one car. There is free 2 hour street parking available outside. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: The common areas are managed by building management and can be closed without prior notice. We try our best to provide the most accurate information. Please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
