"GRACE" is a recently renovated 3 bedroom, 1 study/games room that sleeps 6 people. Situated in a quiet no through road close to 2 large parks, small shopping hub with supermarket, butchers, chemist and bakery and only a 5 min drive to the CBD in one direction, 5 min to Mildura Central in the other and a 5 min drive to Mildura Base Hospital. Split system heating and cooling plus an Evaporative air condintioner for all round comfort. Unlimited Wifi included.
