This thoughtfully renovated farmhouse has all you need for a laidback, family-friendly stay, with comfortably furnished spaces pairing old-world elegance with modern conveniences to make you feel right at home.
In the living area, an assortment of cosy sofas and armchairs invite you to settle in with a movie, while a fireplace creates a welcoming ambience and keeps everyone warm in the cooler months. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is designed in a modern country style and features all you need to cook and enjoy meals at home, including a six-seater dining table and a dishwasher for easy clean-up.
Four bedrooms accommodate eight guests, with the primary bedroom and second bedroom offering queen-size beds, the third bedroom including two double beds, and the fourth bedroom offering a single and a double bed. Both the main bathroom and primary ensuite are beautifully renovated and immaculately appointed with a shower, vanity and complimentary toiletries.
Other conveniences include Wi-Fi, split system air-conditioning, a washing machine and dryer, and off-street parking for up to three cars on the driveway.
Please note that the paddocks and fenced cattle farms are strictly off-limits. Guests are not permitted to go across or tamper with the electric fences securing the cattle. Thank you and please make yourselves at home.

The township of Cowes is a five-minute drive for all the essentials including supermarkets and chemists, you’ll also find cafes, restaurants and takeaway options and nearby Cowes Beach and jetty where you can take a dip and soak up the relaxed seaside atmosphere. Phillip Island is home to the largest Little Penguin colony in the world, and you can see them take their evening journey from the ocean to their burrows from viewing platforms and boardwalks at Penguin Parade, around 12 minutes' drive from your stay. Another popular attraction is Churchill Island, featuring walking trails to spot the wildlife as well as a cafe. The island is connected to Phillip Island by bridge and takes around 20 minutes to reach by car.
