"Fieldsend" is a small two bedroom (62 square metre) cottage located a minutes walk from the New Maitland Hospital in East Maitland. With a renovated kitchen and bathroom, the cottage also has a spacious lounge and is perfect for contractors requiring accommodation in close proximity to the New Hospital. There is plenty of parking, a long driveway with a garage plus a laundry with washing machine. The cottage offers all modern features and appliances for your short-term stay.

This location in East Maitland is quiet and predominantly a residential area, however, recently the school opposite increased in size, a new Early Learning Centre opened up next to them plus the New Maitland Hospital is a 600m walk to the end of the Street. Also close to the hospital is Fieldsend Oval, a busy sporting ground hosting cricket and soccer. It is a 10 minute walk to the East Maitland village shopping precinct and a 5 minute drive to the new Greenhills Shopping development. Walk to the New Maitland Hospital and the opposite direction is a short walk to Victoria Street Train Station. There is a bus stop two doors up from the cottage.
