Location: Welcome to a self-contained, fully furnished modern studio apartment situated in historic Flinders House in the heart of Melbourne CBD, at Flinders Lane. There you will find bars, cafes and restaurants right outside, while South Bank and Bourke St Mall are within walking distance. Whether you’re coming for a special event, a short holiday break, a family trip or for business, our apartment will provide you with all the features of a comfortable base, and just where you need it, in the city centre. With a secure private entrance, Flinders House is only a block away from Collins St, Swanston St and Flinders Station, while the famous Block Arcade is just 200 metres away. Unit features: Like many who have stayed before, you will find that this second level studio is surprisingly quiet for a city location. The unit features a separate bedroom area with double bed; bed linen and towels are supplied. Your private bathroom has a walk-in shower and a hair dryer is provided. In the fully equipped kitchen there is a dishwasher, refrigerator, cooktop, oven, microwave, and electric kettle. If you need to refresh your travel clothes, you have a washing machine and clothes dryer in the unit. The family room seating area has a desk, sofa, flat screen TV, and complimentary WiFi. I did not grow up in Melbourne, but it only took a few visits to really love this city, rated as one of the most liveable in the world. Being able to share this experience with new visitors is then a real pleasure, especially to provide an East Quarter experience with many major attractions within walking distance. I hope you enjoy our studio apartment as much as we do!
