While we look after properties that we do not own we also own a few. There is just something cool about properties in general but... when given the opportunity to take something that has been abandoned or neglected and giving it a new lease on life, well that's just special.

Property information

This complex is right in the heart of Merimbula. A flat walk to all the clubs, shops and Spencer Park. The complex itself boasts a solar-heated pool and a soon-to-be-constructed BBQ area (scheduled for completion August 2024). The complex has two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, all with unlimited wifi, smart tv’s, air-conditioning, washers and dryers, and great views. This is an upstairs apartment. The main room has a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 x singles (plus a trundle bed)
