We proudly present Horizon View Retreat, the ideal ground-floor home for your next family and friends getaway. Consist of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a powder room, and only 5 minutes walking to the nearest beach, surrounded by shops, cafes, and restaurants, this house is perfect for your summer getaway with new modern furniture throughout. The single-storey home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a beautiful modern equipped kitchen, dining and living area with fantastic views from the garden. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited. This lovely home offers: Beach views in the middle of Sorrento Surrounded by olive trees Full linen and towels 3 spacious bedrooms 1 ensuite bathroom and 1 main bathroom with a spa bath Separate powder room Offering a stylish kitchen with all amenities Kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave and stove Indoor dining for 8 guests Open-plan living and dining room Comfortable couches Games and stereo Smart TV in the lounge room with Netflix and another regular TV in bedroom 1 Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods) Laundry with washer and dryer Washing line Double glazed windows Lovely BBQ area for hosting Outdoor dining for 12 guests with deck chairs Outside umbrella Fully fenced grassed backyard for kids' safety Large lawn area for the kids to play Plenty of parking with 2 reserved car parking spots HEATING & COOLING Gas log fireplace Wall heater in the hallway Ceiling fans in each bedroom Guest access BEDROOM LAYOUT - SLEEPS 8 PEOPLE Bedroom 1: 1 x queen bed (2 guests) Bedroom 2: 1 x queen bed (2 guests) Bedroom 3: 1 x queen bed and 1 x single bunk bed (4 guests) All linens and towels will be included however lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs.
