This magnificent modern home offers generous proportions and elegance. Its stylish and comfortable and is well suited for long-short stays, and weekend retreats. The Indian ocean is a stones throw away! This beautiful and sophisticated home offers the opportunity to enjoy both indoor and outdoor living. Living areas are functional and wonderfully connected providing a feeling of homeliness. Outside enjoy a BBQ and relax with a nice cold beer, a glass of wine, cocktail or simply any other form of non-alcoholic beverage after a being at Shorehaven Beach This splendid home has a beautifully modern kitchen complete with all the latest modern conveniences. A particularly striking feature is the Chef's style oven for those who have a passion for food. Situated approximately 15 minutes north of Mindarie, this amazing beachside retreat offers the perfect place to experience Perth and its surroundings, Yanchep's National Park and local golf courses are close-by. This conveniently located home is within 10 minutes from Butler Train Station and is close to the freeway, which will take you straight into Perth. Access to Perth's main attractions are at your doorstep.
