Please contact the Indulge Apartments during reception hours only (9am to 6.30 pm daily - at your earliest convenience) prior arrival to request your self-access check in instructions and access codes (as there is no onsite reception), in line with the hotel terms of stay. Afterhours access will not be given to guests that have not confirmed their booking with the hotel directly via phone during reception hours and provided all identification and other details that are required to confirm the guests booking; And no cancellation will be accepted in this event. No refunds will be issued. The Hotel will charge the guest direct additional cleaning fees per week for any bookings longer than 7 nights, the first clean is included in your booking payment.
