This privately-run one-bedroom Apartment in "Il Centro Apartments" located in the heart of Cairns & adjacent to Cairns Convention Centre and opposite Cairns Court House is one not to be missed. The unit contains everything you need to eat in, relax, and enjoy our amazing climate. Suitable for holidaymakers as well as temporary business residents. Take advantage of the short distance to all major attractions and restaurants. THE SPACE Inner City One Bedroom Apartment 27 is situated on the top (3rd) floor, accessible by lift from the ground floor. The lounge area offers a small balcony with a city view, modern furnishings, a suite perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TV. Free WiFi along with Stereo/Radio is provided for your entertainment during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, convection oven/microwave, kettle as well as all basic kitchenware. A coffee Nespresso machine is provided with a few other staples for your convenience. The air-conditioned bedroom has a queen-size bed, quality mattress and wardrobe. The bathroom features a bath/shower, washing machine and dryer and high-quality towels and bed linen. One allocated parking spot in the building garage is included in your reservation as well as access to the shared swimming pool. We have two more one-bedroom apartments (Inner City One Bedroom Apartment 13 and Inner City One Bedroom Apartment w/ Pool View 22) in this complex that would be suitable for group bookings. PLEASE NOTE: As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself. The Cairns Esplanade is the jewel in the Cairns crown. It is very popular with locals for walking, jogging, cycle pathway, exercise equipment at various locations along the length of grassy, well-maintained lawns . The expansive parks and gardens are beautiful. There is a concrete pathway along the beach and is a must for walking. A few minutes walk to gas barbecue areas, Muddy's Cafe (local fish and chips, burgers etc) and terrific water playground and jungle play area for kids. The southern end of the Esplanade has many bars and restaurants to choose from, as well as a world-class casino with restaurants (and is adjacent to the main shopping area). Here you will find plenty of tour booking agents for a big range of reef, rainforest, tablelands tours scenic flights, fishing trips, balloon flights, and other specialty tours.
