It doesn't get better than location of this luxurious 3 bedroom townhouse in the heart of the city. The secure front entrance leads you into the spacious lounge & dining, which open up with bifold doors to the outdoor entertaining area with bbq & courtyard. Kitchen is well equiped & offers a coffee machine with Nespresso Pods. Large Bathrooms & lux Bathroom amenities also. Just a short stroll to Mildura’s Cafe’s, Restaurants & Bars with walks along the mighty Murray River, Stay in Luxury!
