Please note that reception hours are 09:00 until 18:00 daily. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Arrivals after 21:00 will not be accepted unless prior arrangement has been made.

Please note that there is a limit of 1 car parking spot per accommodation type as there are limited parking spaces within the park grounds. If you are planning on bringing a boat, please let the property know in advance so that the property can make arrangements, otherwise your boat will be kept outside of the caravan park grounds.

Please note that the number of guests should not exceed the maximum number of occupants stated on the booking confirmation otherwise the booking will be cancelled and no refund will be given.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.

Please note that pets cannot be accommodated in any accommodation type at the property.

Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'.

The property has a no noise policy from 21:30 until 7:30.

Children under the age of 9 must be accompanied by a guest over the age 18 at all times in ablution blocks and within the pool area.

The swimming pool closes at dark and is open around 7:30. No one is allowed into the pool area after dark and before it re-opens in the morning.

Push bikes and scooters can be ridden between 8.00 and dusk and helmets must be worn at all times.

Guests cannot wash their cars, boats or caravans due to water restrictions.
