Khione 1 is a spacious and modern townhouse that is perfect for large families or groups of friends. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this well-appointed unit can accommodate up to eleven people comfortably. Upon entering Khione 1, you will be greeted with a contemporary and stylish interior. The townhouse is set over two levels, with the upper level featuring a gourmet kitchen that includes all the modern conveniences you need, such as a dishwasher, microwave, chef oven, gas stove top, and double fridge/freezer. The open plan design of the dining and living area makes it easy to relax and entertain, and you can step out onto the balcony to enjoy the view while you cook up a storm on the BBQ. The lounge area is designed for relaxation, with a 60" Smart HD TV, Wifi, soundbar and gas heating to ensure your comfort. There are also two bedrooms on the upper level, one with an ensuite, a main bathroom with a spa bath, and a writing nook for those who need to catch up on some work. Downstairs, you will find the third bedroom, which features two tri-bunks and an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom also has a 64" flat screen TV and electric heating, making it a great space for kids or teenagers to hang out.
