This beautifully designed estate features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and multiple living and entertaining areas.. Enjoy days by the pool, appointed with sun loungers and deck chairs. Adjacent is a pool villa, with two lounge areas, a wet bar, pool table, bathroom and laundry. A deck extends this area, featuring a barbeque, sink and a outdoor dining setting. Gather around the fire pit, toasting marshmallows under the stars. Inside, the open-plan living area is an inviting space for entertaining or relaxing. Featuring air-conditioning and ceiling fans, the dining space features a 12-seater setting. The lounge area, complete with a heater, offers a cosy retreat for cooler nights. At the opposite end of the home, another air-conditioned lounge room features a ceiling fan, heater and TV. The upper level is home to the master suite, featuring a ceiling fan, TV, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes as well. Located 14 kilometres from Tuncurry’s main street (Manning Street), where you’ll find fresh juice bars, wholesome eats at Perry’s on Manning, and the Bellevue Hotel for relaxed meals by the pool. Forster’s Wharf Street dining hub is just 16 kilometres away—offering sunset views, dolphin sightings, and a range of restaurants and bars including The Sicilian, Modan Kitchen and Spice Monkey. Monthly town markets bring even more charm. Just 8 minutes’ drive (7.3 kilometres) is the village of Nabiac, where you can enjoy artisan coffee, brunch at the Greenhouse Café, and fresh pastries from the renowned Artisan Farmer.
