Close enough to hear the lapping of the lake, this home offers prime waterfront living. It’s been immaculately presented for relaxation while being close to all that the Central Coast has to offer. Its spacious design combines idyllic indoor and outdoor areas for the perfect group getaway. Entering the property you’ll ascend to the upper level. Here the open-plan living and dining area flows to the deck, creating a seamless transition between indoors and out. This is a blissful spot to sip your morning coffee, taking in the view. The fully catered kitchen is designed around a breakfast bar, while a large dining table makes it easy to come together for a shared meal. There’s alfresco dining downstairs on the covered deck, replete with a BBQ to whip up a feast. Choose from two lounge spaces, one upstairs with a TV and the second on the ground floor with a piano. Each of the five bedrooms encourages a good night’s sleep with central air-conditioning and heating. The primary bedroom is located on the top floor and comes with a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. There are three bedrooms on the lower level, one with a queen-sized bed and two with twin king-single beds. This floor also includes the gorgeous main bathroom with a bathtub and shower, along with a laundry room and separate toilet. One bedroom is found on the ground floor featuring a queen-sized bed and a full ensuite bathroom. Parking is provided for one car on the driveway.

Neighbourhood information

The suburb of Charmhaven sits on the NSW Central Coast, 90 minutes’ drive north of Sydney. It’s positioned on Budgewoi Lake, a popular spot for fishing, boating and kayaking. Go whale watching, surfing or bushwalking in Wyrrabalong National Park, enjoy a dip at Hargraves Beach and visit the scenic Norah Head Lighthouse. If you’re travelling with the kids don’t miss TreeTop Adventure Park, located within Ourimbah State Forest, and shop till you drop at Westfield Tuggerah. There are plenty of cafes, shops and eateries in the area, including The Secret Café and The Lavender Goat.
