Beautiful views from house and verandah over Lake Munmorah. Fenced backyard and fenced front yard. Spacious, light, airy comfortable home with comfy beds and all mod-cons. Parking on property and plenty of street parking. Kayaks available for use on demand.

Quiet friendly neighbourhood. Shopping village 5 min walk has Coles and medical centre and pharmacy etc. Hotel Budgewoi is 10 min walk has great bistro and upstairs restaurant. Ocean Beach is 5 min drive.
