Laneway Apartments Orientem is a contemporary new double-storey apartment outstanding in design and interiors. The ground floor features an open-plan chef’s kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, and a spacious living area with a gas-log fireplace and smart-TV. The large glass sliding doors from the dining area open out onto a private landscaped courtyard complete with an outdoor dining setting, BBQ and clothesline. The laundry, featuring a washing machine and condensing dryer, is next to the powder room and there is direct access to the single car remote-control garage. On the upper floor, the master bedroom with ensuite, bath robes, pillow-menu, and walk-in-wardrobe features a king-size bed and designer bedhead. King-size beds also feature in bedrooms 2 and 3 and can be split into long-single beds upon request. Smart TV’s and split heating-cooling systems are standard in all bedrooms. The stunning terrazzo bathroom with rain shower-head and freestanding bath complete the upper floor. The large double-glazed windows provide an abundance of light and capture the view of historic rooftops of Port Fairy. With delicious art on the walls and free-Wifi, you will enjoy your stay.

Port Fairy was voted the most liveable town in the WORLD for a population under 20,000 in 2012. Our town is magical for visitors with the clear blue waters of East Beach, the rock pools of Pea Soup and the surf at The Passage. With a wide range of cafes and restaurants, both fine-dining and casual, and quality boutique shopping within heritage buildings, you'll also find a supermarket, bottle-shops, indoor-pool and gym. Take a surf or paddle-board lesson, enjoy a boat trip, fish in the Moyne River, walk to the Lighthouse, see the Muttonbirds nest (short-tailed shearwaters) or cycle the rail trail. The super-friendly community hosts multiple festivals and events including a Community Market on the second and fourth Saturday of each month (weekly in January), the Port Fairy Jazz Festival (February), the renowned Port Fairy Folk Festival (March), Port Fairy Winter Weekends (June/July), the Port Fairy Spring Music Festival (October), and the Moyneyana Festival (December/January).
