Relax and unwind In this spacious family friendly beach side home only 10 mins from the ferry terminal in Penneshaw. The house has a large open plan living area with a well equipped kitchen, spacious dinning and comfortable lounge. The expansive deck offers sea views and the perfect place to sit and watch the sunset. sandy beach and boat ramp are less than 500m from your door. The house comprises of 4 bedrooms all with ceiling fans. This is your home away from home.
The Garden is a work in progress.
My husband Alan and I are here to make your holiday the best it can be. Happy to answer any questions you may have. We live Half an hour away on a farm just outside of American River.
We look forward to hosting you at Lazy Breeze Retreat.
Small quiet town with an art gallery down the road. The house is close to a few wineries, Penneshaw and American River for restaurants.
