Between us, we have over 30 years of experience hosting guests in this spectacular region that we are so fortunate to call home. One of us is available on the number listed at all times; please do not call outside of office hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm) unless it is an emergency. We are on hand to answer DMs and texts after hours.

*PLEASE NOTE* Pets are permitted to stay ONLY if they remain outside the main house at all times. They may use the laundry area to eat and sleep, as it is accessed from the outside only. Any extra cleaning or damage caused by pets entering the house will be charged to the guest.
Ideally set up for a family trip, with bikes, kayaks and scooters for guest use, as well as a kid’s playset in the large, fully enclosed back yard. Pets are permitted to stay outside only (pets can still sleep in the laundry, which is fully enclosed but accessible from outside only).
The single storey home features a combined lounge, kitchen and dining area. Its three bedrooms line the hallway, with a queen bed each in the master and second bedroom, and two tri-bunks in the kids’ room. A TV and beanbags in the bunk room make it the perfect kids’ hangout. The lounge features comfy couches, with games and toys, plus a smart TV to keep everyone entertained. Guests can use their own logins to stream content via the apps available. The bathroom is modern, with a spacious shower plus toilet and vanity. The laundry and separate WC are located just outside at the rear. The house boasts two outside seating areas, with the al fresco dining and BBQ and lounge area.
All linen is provided (excl. beach towels). This accommodation is fully self-catered, and as a courtesy we provide a basic starter pack for each stay, including: soap, toilet rolls, basic cleaning products, and some cooking essentials (oil, salt & pepper). Guests are responsible for the ongoing supply of anything required beyond the starter pack.

The small beachside enclave of Marybrook is located next door to Quindalup on Caves Road, and is part of the “Golden Mile” – a glorious stretch of beach running between Busselton and Dunsborough. Down here, every day is beach day, where locals and visitors alike can enjoy swimming, fishing, boating and paddling the day away… or simply soaking in the beautiful surroundings from the white sand shores. The beach here is dog friendly, meaning fun for ALL of the family! If you fancy a break from the beach, you are in the perfect location to explore this wonderful region’s wide array of attractions, as well as having Dunsborough on your doorstep for all the essentials. And with a cycle path going right past the front door, you can ditch the car and explore this wonderful area from a new perspective. Family holiday heaven.
