日本「朝早く着いたのですが、チェックイン時間前に手続きして、入室させて下さったので、とても助かりました。エレベーターが一時的に壊れていたのですが、スタッフの女性が重いトランクを運んでくれて、本当にありがたかったです。帰りのタクシーが勘違いして帰ってしまった時も、すぐに次のタクシーを呼んでくれたので、困らずに済みました。ホテルの場所も、キャンベラのどこへ行くにも、とても便利でした。次も同じホテルに泊まりたいし、お友だちにも勧めたいです。」
