A cosy little 3 bedroom home close to the Ouyen Lake.
Main bedroom has ensuite and queen bed.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed.
Kitchen is well equipped with appliances, cutlery, crockery and other items for your convenience.
Whilst you can not see the lake from the house, it is one of the closest in town, directly across the road from the entrance.
Ouyen is rural surrounded by dry-land farming in the middle of the Mallee. It is dry, it is dusty and shops close early.
