Our beautiful little patch of dirt in the Macedon Ranges hosts incredible views across our sustainably managed vineyard to the Belltopper forest beyond. Abundant wildlife roams the property, kangaroos, echidnas and wombats, as well as plenty of birdlife. There are two accommodation options, The Caboose, a converted 'red rattler' train carriage, perfect for a cosy retreat for two, and the main vineyard house, well apointed for entertaining for up to 9 guests. This is a working farm, and so besides the accommodation, there are machinery sheds, tractors, grazing sheep and all the rest.
Hospitality since I can remember, I own a restaurant and winebar in Melbourne - Henry Sugar in Carlton North, and grow grapes and (soon to) make wine in the Macedon Ranges.
The vineyard is centrally located in the amazing region of the Macedon Ranges, near the quaint town of Malmsbury. There is heaps to do in the region, including visiting surrounding cellar doors, very cool and cultured little towns like Kyneton, Daylesford & Trentham, farmers markets, natural mineral springs, hiking and just being in nature. Such an incredible and activity packed region only a little over an hour from Melbourne.
