This spacious and stunning 3-bed light filled house in South Hobart, situated just 10 minutes walk from the Hobart CBD, is perfect for a group or family exploring what Hobart has to offer - whilst giving tranquility and privacy. A quick stroll via the Rivulet Walk to the city Centre and Salamanca, and close to some of the best Cafes and Shops for Fresh local fruits and produce, walking distance to Cascade historical site and beer factory. This is a great place for all the visitors to enjoy.
