Brand new villa in Torquay only 800m walk to Torquay’s beaches. This luxury private villa is located at the back of our property with a private courtyard with comfy lounge chairs to relax on and enjoy the sun while winding down from you day! The 20 squared metre courtyard includes a Webber BBQ if you feel like eating in.
The villa is designed for 2 adults and 2 young (or 1 older) children. It has everything you need in the kitchenette to make salads and or basic cold foods, tea and coffee.
The bathroom has heated floors, heated towel rack, a LED light mirror and a hairdryer is provided.
The room is furnished with Koala furniture which includes a very comfortable queen size bed with assorted pillows for side and back sleeper. Plus a 2.5 seater sofa which folds out into a double bed.
