Best Marina views in prime location, recent suburb makeover! WIFI SmartTV 1 pool with Spa. Close to Casino Wave Pool, Croc Cove. There is free parking in front of complex. Aircon fans throughout. Shady balcony all day.Walk to Mindil Beach Markets Casino, Botanical Gardens. Sunsets on the beach, marina boardwalk, seafood dining, multicultural cuisine. E Scooter & bike route for lots of fun. New greenspace playground 5 minute walk from your door. Amazing location! Fabulous location!

Cullen Bay is Darwin's upmarket suburb, very safe and family friendly. All amenities are within easy reach. You can walk to restaurants and bar. You can walk across the road and grab some great fish and chips and sit on the grassy area overlooking the beach. Beauty Spa 5 minutes walk. Choices of restaurants include Greek, Indian, Pub fare, Fish and Chips, all you can eat Seafood Buffet, Japanese. Best Coffee in town with all day breakfast menu just 2 minute walk from you doorstep at the Boathouse on the Boardwalk.
There is a bus stop directly opposite the apartment.
