Our modern apartment is located in the mature leafy green inner suburb of Melbourne, Glen Iris. 5 min walk to the local shopping precinct where there are restaurants, cafes, bars and antique shops. Free WIFI & Netflix where you can stay in & watch a movie enjoying our welcome bottle of wine, prepare & cook in our fully equipped kitchen. Laptop workspace for your convenience. Allocated parking at rear of building. 10 min drive from Chadstone "The Fashion Capital". 2.2 kms to Cabrini Hospital. Close to Wattle Park Chalets. Relax and enjoy!

Travelling to our unit can be done various ways; Uber ~ about eighty AUD from the airport Airport Bus to the CBD (Southern Cross Station) which you would then catch a train on the Glen Waverley line to Gardiner Station... the unit is then a 5 minute walk Malvern Road is one of the main roads which has trams running along it... we are located at tram stop #72. Easy access to the Monash Freeway Malvernvale Hotel is a 11 min walk Plenty of restaurants within walking distance - all cuisines Local IGA/liquor is a 8 min walk (600m) 15 minute train trip to MCG Harold Holt Swim Centre is a 6 min walk St Andrews Uniting Church is a 6 min walk Plenty of parks in and around Glen Iris Prahran Market/Chapel Street a short tram ride straight down Malvern Road - 300 meters from apartment Short train trip from Gardiner Train Station to Marvel Stadium
