I am a registered property manager (REIQ) specializing in the management of short term accommodations. I am based in Queensland and I have recently started my business Home (Hidden by Airbnb) to manage short term rental properties like this one.

Property information

This property is a four bedroom house with two bathrooms and located in a well known residential estate that is a couple of minutes away from some of the local amenities. There is only a five minute drive to the airport, a six minute drive to the shopping center and walkable distance to pub and restaurant. There is free Wi-Fi- 5G NBN PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY INTO THE GARAGE,AS THE GARAGE HAS A SCREEN DOOR.

Neighbourhood information

This residential estate has a small park nearby where kids can play. Gladstone CBD is only 12 minutes drive away from this place.
