Company information

The park has been established since 1968, and under new ownership and management since June 2025. A significant upgrade project has begun to improve facilities & amenities. We are a friendly team and the park is predominently family run. One of the reasons we stand out, is because we are pet friendly year round. We love to eat out and have tried many of the great local restaurants in the area, ask for our advise of which to choose.

Property information

We're a family owned Holiday & Permanent over 55's park, the only one of it's kind in Mollymook. NOTICE TO GUESTS OF UPCOMING MANTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT WORKS We'd like to inform you the park is under new ownership and management, and currently undergoing an upgrade transition period. A series of maintenance and improvement works are underway to improve facilities and overall guest experience, with FACILITIES TEMPORARILY OUT OF ACTION AND UNAVAILABLE FOR USE listed below; - Amenites Block at times until 30th November, with alternative facilites provided for toilets, showers and laundry - Recreation Room until 30th November - Swimming Pool, Playground, Barbeque & Pizza Oven until 31st October Cabin relocation works are also taking place for Clyde, Yerriyong B & Jerrwangala Cabins. We appreciate your patience and understanding over this exciting phase of renewal. We'll share more detail about future improvements and changes as they're confirmed. Warm regards, Mollymook Park Team --------- Facilities at the park to keep people entertained include a swimming pool, pickle ball court, games room with pool, darts and table tennis, a playground area, pizza oven, community BBQs & kitchen area with large screen TV. Our Clyde cabins are our budget cabins, the Yerriyong cabins mid-range with more facilities and the Jerrawangala are our newer cabins with covered deck area. Please choose your cabin carefully to avoid disappointment. Main beds are made up, and linen for bunks is provided for extra paying guests. No charge for Infants, with no linen provided. If 2 people aren't sharing the main bed, an extra charge can be added for linen for the bunk bed, or you can confirm you'll bring your own. We're pet friendly, so just let us know that you are bringing your pet and we'll forward the Pet rules to you. We have on site parking, in most cases next to the cabin. It's strictly 1 car per reservation, so any extra cars need to be parked on the road outside the park.

Neighbourhood information

Mollymook Caravan Park is a great location, with many facilities and attractions nearby. Mollymook itself has a fabulous beach which is patrolled, it's good for surfing and swimming and only a 10-15 minute walk or 2 minute drive away. You can also walk your dog on-leash only on the central section of Mollymook Beach, or Colliers Beach just to the South is a 24 hour off leash area. The centre third of Narrawallee Beach is an timed off-leash area, and please note current access is only permitted on- leash via the south end of the park off Matron Porter Drive. Narrawallee Beach & the tidal Narrawallee Inlet off the park at the Northern end of the beach is a popular sheltered area appealing for all ages and a great alternative for a refreshing dip depending on the tide or a walk to explore at low tide. Mollymook is also famous for Rick Stein's restaurant. There are 2 golf courses in Mollymook and the Club restaurant overlooking the beach is a lovely place to relax. There are 3 other clubs also in the area, all with courtesy buses to pick you up and drop you off at the park. At the South end of Mollymook Beach the Beach Hut adjacent to the Surf Club, or Salt and Spencer on the ground floor of the Mollymook Golf Club are both popular for relaxed outdoor morning & lunchtime dining. Milton (7 mins) is a historical town with interesting shops and galleries you can stop and get refreshments at some of the great cafes and restaurants. The Milton Show is on the first weekend of March and is a fun place to spend the day seeing all the activities. Ulladulla is our main closest town only 4 minute drive away. Here you'll find supermarkets, shops, more restaurants, cafes and takeaways, the harbour, monthly wharf market, sea pool, and fossil walks. The new Banksia Forest Board Walk off Deering Street near the oval on the Warden Headland south of the Harbour is well worth exploring, as are the One Path loops around the headland to the North of the Harbour.

We would like to inform you that starting from August 1 up until October 31, 2025 some facilities in the property are not accessible such as barbecue area, pizza, oven, playground and swimming pool. Need to also relocate some tourist cabins from the right hand to the left side.
