This gorgeous well appointed and fully renovated cottage set amongst the trees of a working avocado farm will delight your yearning for peace and tranquility. Plenty of avocados for your breakfast! (when in season) The inviting cottage features an ultra modern bathroom, full kitchen, spacious living room opening to deck and comfortable king bed. Inclusions: fireplace, 55" wall mounted smart TV, A/C, ceiling fans, wifi, deck, beautiful courtyard. Set on 2 acres you are free to roam and enjoy.
Wide tree-lined verge in a convenient mountain location. 3 minute stroll to the Hang-glider Lookout for the best views on the mountain. Walk to the monthly Showground Markets. Close to wineries, tourist attractions and a short drive to Gallery Walk. A short walk to the best views on the mountain, national parks and a 5 minute drive to all that the mountain offers. Also only minutes to the best restaurants and cafes on the mountain.
