Relax and indulge in this expansive home featuring 4 bedrooms. Recently renovated, it boasts a large 75-inch TV, three cozy lounges, a spacious kitchen, double-door fridge, spa bath, air conditioning in all four rooms and the lounge area, two bathrooms, a sizable backyard for children, Outdoor deck with seating, BBQ, washer and dryer, water views, ample parking, and is located on a charming and tranquil street. Only a 450m walk to the Yacht Club or a 3-minute drive from both the beach and shops.
