This well laid out space is ideal for 2 couples or a family to enjoy this delightful area on the coast. Well proportioned rooms with plenty of natural light flowing in from the balcony, combined with new tasteful furnishings result in a lovely coastal retreat, primed for winding down and making some special holiday memories. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the views of the surrounding area make the most of the elevated position. The open plan living area includes a modern well-equipped kitchen. It has a microwave, stove & oven for your convenience. There is a dining table and chairs for meals, seating 4, and a comfortable living area with a leather sofa facing the wall-mounted TV. A reverse cycle air-conditioner and overhead fan ensure comfort year-round. Sliding doors open to the balcony. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy a pre-dinner wine while sitting out on the comfortable outdoor seating. The 2 bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with crisp white walls, premium linen and artworks. They both have overhead fans and built-in robes. They share the large bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet as well as a combination washing machine / dryer. All linen is included. Downstairs the sparkling outdoor pool is available for residents’ use, perfect on a hot day. With WiFi, undercover parking as well as visitor and street parking, this apartment is a little gem. When you add in the benefits of its location, you’ll be queuing to book! Neighbourhood information

Location, location! This apartment is literally opposite the popular Park Beach in central Coffs Harbour. The only beach that is patrolled year-round, it’s home to the Coffs Harbour Life Saving Club, a great sport for breakfast or lunch. Enjoy the long stretch of unspoiled beach - idyllic! You’re spoiled for choice when it comes to eateries. Next door is Cafe Aqua, and opposite is the Bowls club with a wide selection of food and drinks. Hoey Moey, a popular pub, is just a short walk up the road, and for a special meal, The Mermaid Beach House is also within walking distance. There are a multitude of food options as well as supermarkets and shops at Park Beach Plaza a few minutes drive to the north. To the south, on Harbour Drive in Coffs Harbour, there are yet more restaurants, bars and cafes as well as a range of boutique stores. A visit to the picturesque marina is a must. Muttonbird Island Nature Reserve is also a wonderful place to explore. There are delightful walks through the beachfront reserve and Coffs Creek nearby is perfect for a swim with the kids. They’ll certainly enjoy a visit to Dolphin Marine Conservation Park. The Mangrove Walk and the Botanic Gardens should also make your list to visit. With so much to explore in the area, a getaway at Ocean Spray 7 is looking like a must-do. A warm welcome awaits you!
