The top floor is the heart of the home, where an open-plan design brings together a fully equipped kitchen—complete with fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle—with a dining table for eight. A spacious lounge with an L-shaped sofa and armchairs opens onto a balcony featuring a BBQ, dining for six, and leafy plants framing sweeping sea views.
