Experience the charm of the Central Coast in this stylish and newly renovated house. The space features four spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV, fully renovated two bathrooms, and private gardens at the front and rear of the house, with the rear garden having a covered deck area with a bbq. Master: King Bed with ensuite Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Double Bed and Single Beds (bunk beds) Bedroom 4: Queen Bed in separate granny flat Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, coffee maker, cookware, and complimentary tea and coffee Living Room: Comfortable sofa, a 65-inch smart TV Rear Deck: Outdoor seating and bbq, also perfect for morning coffee or evening wine The location of the house is great too being only moments from the chic Long Jetty precinct, lakefront walkway/bikeway and the amazing Shelly and Toowoon Bay beaches.
