Nestled in Albany's premier oceanside suburb of Middleton Beach, our self contained and beautifully appointed units embrace hill views and are just a short stroll to pristine beaches, popular cafe's, restaurants, picturesque parks and playgrounds. We are just a short stroll to magnificent coastal boardwalks and cycleways that link Middleton Beach to Emu Point or from Middleton Beach to the city offering breathtaking scenery and the ideal location for some whale watching in season. Park Avenue Holiday Units provides an excellent base for holidaymakers and corporate visitors while they explore all this exciting region has to offer or do business.
Your hosts Brad and Melissa Shearer took over Park Avenue Holiday Units in January 2018 and are very excited about tourism within the Amazing South Coast in a City they know and love and are here to ensure your stay is a memorable and enjoyable one.
Middleton Beach is the perfect place to go sight-seeing, walking, cycling, swimming or simply just relaxing. We are just a short stroll to Ellen Cove where you can walk the Middleton Beach boardwalk and experience stunning views of Breaksea and Michaelmas islands. The National Anzac Centre is only a short 5minute drive and has been named one of the world's top attractions. With a laid back atmosphere and picturesque setting you'll feel very comfortable and welcome amongst our beautiful surroundings.
