Discover the comfort of this newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom unit in Payneham South! Designed for short to mid-term stays, ideal for travelling workers & families. This thoughtfully appointed unit is situated only about 4.5km from the city, a brief 9-minute drive away, and offers easy access to daily conveniences. Two local shopping centres, Marden & Firle, are just a quick 4min drive (approx.) to give you easy access to Kmart, Woolworths, Coles plus a number of specialty stores & cafes. **To book this home, we require full names of all occupants and also a copy of the front and back of your driver's licence for our private insurance cover within 24hrs of booking. This is not negotiable. A refundable security bond is also required at the time of booking.

Payneham South is a small inner North-Eastern suburb of Adelaide located within the City of Norwood Payneham St Peters. It's only about 4.5km or 9 min drive from Adelaide city. East Adelaide is the local public primary school and St Joseph's Payneham is the local private school. Payneham South has many local parks/playgrounds nearby for the kids and is popular with families. The closest park is Payneham Oval Playground, only a 2min drive or 5min easy stroll. Multiple supermarkets and local amenities are all conveniently close by as well. At the time of writing, there are 2 public buses you can catch directly into the city (BUS X30 from Coorara Ave (about 5min walk 450m) or BUS 174 from Payneham Rd (about 10-13min walk or 1km). You can also order an Uber or taxi and get a ride into the city or to the Airport. The city is only about 9min drive (4.5km).
