Queensview Apartments was developed from the property division of our parent company as a provider of quality short or long stay accommodation in the exciting Melbourne market with a strong focus on families, business travellers and those seeking longer stays for extended holidays, relocations or even displacement following natural disasters and those waiting for their permanent accommodation to become available. Each apartment is a complete home and fits the needs of all good travellers. The building is extremely safe and secure offering keyless entry systems, selected tenants and guests and CCTV security to protect our guests.
As parents and grandparents, our life philosophy is one of ensuring our guests have an enjoyable, private, safe and comfortable stay.

We are a 'Self Check-in and Keyless' facility and to facilitate your check-in we require copies of Government Photos IDs of all guests over 17 years of age and a corresponding mobile phone number and email address as this information is required to activate the building entry system.

Location is everything and this apartment is a fabulous short or long-term base offering Onsite Parking, Free Street Parking and easy access to Melbourne's great public transport system - it's famous Trams. You can breakfast at nearby cafes & restaurants. There is a local corner convenience store and the fabulous Primrose Wine Bar - best to walk there as you're in for a great evening of food and wine plus make a selection from their fabulous Cellar (Australian, European and South American wines). Your everyday shopping is just a short walk or Tram ride away with access to all three Major Supermarkets, great speciality stores and a wide range of bars, cafes and restaurants to satisfy all tastes.
Getting around is a breeze. By car it's a short drive to the Freeway or take the secondary roads to your location. Without a car then simply hop onto Tram 59 which stops outside the front of the building and explore the the many shopping and eating options as you make you way into Melbourne CBD or Tram Hop and explore much or the city and everything Melbourne is famous for by hoping on connecting trams. Every Trams leads back to the CBD and from there it's back on Line 59 to get home.
