Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 24 unless accompanied by another adult, over the age of 24, present the whole stay. Please note that there is a non refundable 3.5 percent surcharge when you pay with a credit card.

Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card before check-in through the property direct email address. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if these are not provided.

Please beware that there is an electric fence around the property. This is to avoid stray sheep, cows and calves in our paddocks to keep the grass down, otherwise, it will become a fire hazard.

Guests must sign the property {T&C/rental contract} prior to check-in.

In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the self check-in. Instead, you will have to provide your ID upon arrival during normal check-in hours.

Please note that there is a 3.5% charge when you pay with a credit card.
